Brand & Digital Marketing Design for Global Consumer Campaigns

Allbirds is a global lifestyle and footwear brand known for combining sustainability, simplicity, and modern product storytelling. As part of the brand and digital design team, I contributed to large-scale consumer marketing campaigns and digital production systems across eCommerce, email, social, and retail partner channels.

 

Overview

My role focused on designing and producing marketing assets that balanced Allbirds’ clean and minimal brand aesthetic with fast-moving campaign execution across a wide range of digital touchpoints.

Working closely with brand, marketing, and content teams, I helped support the rollout of a refreshed PDP and campaign visual direction aimed at modernizing the customer experience while maintaining clarity, simplicity, and strong product storytelling.

Approach

One of the largest challenges was helping refresh the visual language across Allbirds’ marketing ecosystem while maintaining the simplicity and restraint the brand is known for.

The new direction focused heavily on minimal information architecture, cleaner layouts, elevated product storytelling, and more intentional visual pacing across PDPs, email campaigns, advertisements, social media, Amazon marketplaces, and partner retail websites carrying Allbirds products.

To support this evolution, I collaborated closely with cross-functional creative teams and a texture photographer to help develop a more tactile and elevated visual system for campaign assets. Product cut-outs were thoughtfully paired with custom background textures and lifestyle photography to create compositions that felt both minimal and visually engaging while still remaining conversion-focused.

A strong emphasis was placed on:

  • visual hierarchy

  • modular scalability

  • responsive production systems

  • campaign cohesion across channels

  • balancing storytelling with clarity and performance

Similar to large-scale campaign production environments like Nike, the work required designing clean, efficient, and highly scalable assets intended to reach large consumer audiences while supporting both brand consistency and purchasing intent across multiple platforms.

 

Outcome

The final work contributed to Allbirds’ broader consumer marketing ecosystem across eCommerce, email, social, advertising, and retail partner channels.

By helping establish a more refined and cohesive visual direction across customer-facing touchpoints, the campaigns supported a cleaner and more elevated shopping experience while reinforcing Allbirds’ modern lifestyle identity across high-visibility digital platforms viewed by thousands of consumers daily.
