Talent Summit & Executive Storytelling
I also partnered closely with leadership teams to design large-scale presentation systems and executive-facing communications, including Gem’s Talent Summit presentation.
This involved collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to create presentation frameworks that effectively communicated company initiatives, product vision, and strategic priorities to both internal and external audiences. The work required balancing information-heavy content with strong narrative structure, visual clarity, and executive-level polish.
Experiential & Environmental Design
Beyond digital marketing initiatives, I helped extend Gem’s brand into physical experiences through event and environmental design projects.
This included designing:
trade show booths
pull-up banners
branded backdrops
podium graphics
event collateral
recruiting event materials
promotional merchandise
Working closely with vendors and production partners, I helped create cohesive event experiences that translated Gem’s evolving visual identity across real-world environments while maintaining consistency with the company’s broader marketing ecosystem.
Brand Evolution & Marketing Systems
As Gem continued to grow, I contributed to broader brand evolution efforts aimed at creating greater consistency across marketing channels and customer-facing touchpoints.
The work emphasized:
scalable campaign systems
visual consistency across channels
modular marketing frameworks
clear information hierarchy
integrated storytelling across digital and physical experiences
These systems helped create a more unified foundation for future campaigns while allowing marketing initiatives to scale more efficiently across teams and channels.
Outcome
The final work contributed to Gem’s broader marketing, recruiting, and product adoption initiatives by creating a more cohesive brand experience across launch campaigns, sales enablement materials, demand generation efforts, and experiential activations.
By developing integrated campaign systems across digital, social, event, and customer-facing touchpoints, the work helped strengthen Gem’s evolving brand presence while supporting recruiting-focused storytelling and broader GTM efforts throughout the organization.
